A fashion project which sought to capture the sense of loss and vulnerability of Cheongsams in the future. Approaching it with designs guided by elements that resemble the Earth and methods like burning, draping and wet felting to produce the look of erosion. This dress subverts expectations of the gorgeous image of a Cheongsam, with the use of black Cheongsam fabric along with dull brown tones, that further emphasised the death of the clothing and further created a sense of inauspiciousness.
